SDDF Programs and Activities for Older
Health & Wellness Camps
Purpose: Improve access to basic health services and preventive care for older persons.
What to Expect: Free check ups (BP, glucose, vision), medication counseling, nutrition advice, mental health first aid.
Who It’s For: Older persons (priority to low income households), family caregivers.
Access & Inclusion: Wheelchair access
Impact Indicators: # of participants screened; referrals completed; follow up adherence; satisfaction score.
Digital Inclusion Workshops
Purpose: Close the digital divide and enable safe use of e services.
What to Expect: Hands on training on smartphone basics, messaging, telehealth apps, e payments, and online safety
Who It’s For: Older persons
Access & Inclusion: Small cohorts (10–15), peer mentors, printed step by step guides in clear language.
